Our Community Guidelines set a standard for platform usage that advances our purpose and reflects the values of our company. Our rules are essential for establishing trust, taking initiative, and taking responsibility for the welfare of our community, so please read below for general guidance.
1. Focus On Our Community: Our platform prioritizes the involvement of individuals and centers around the needs and interests of the community.
2. Empathy & Continued Learning: In an ideal world, we wouldn't make mistakes. InstaTrainMe recognizes that mistakes are inevitable, and we are eager to learn from them in order to grow. Empathy, trust, and transparency are among our core principles. We understand that you may face unexpected situations or have a difficult day. We trust that you will make the appropriate decisions when necessary, understanding that everyone is affected. We also believe that your industry expertise and professionalism highlight the importance of treating your customers with respect and care, while providing the best service possible.
3. Discrimination & Harassment: Our goal is to open up economic opportunities for everyone, not just a select few. There is zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination at InstaTrainMe. We do not allow discrimination against any individual on the basis of any trait that is protected by applicable laws, including age, color, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Threats that are sexual, verbal, or physical, among other forms of harassment, should be reported right away to InstaTrainMe Support and, in certain cases, the local police. Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or discrimination is also forbidden by InstaTrainMe.
4. Self-Awareness, Trust, & Safety:
Trust and Safety are critical factors for our success and well-being. It is the responsibility of our community to ensure that we are engaging with each other with integrity and accountability to our individual and collective safety. Preventing safety issues includes but is not limited to:
Complying with Federal, State, Provincial, and Local safety and labor regulations.
Wearing the appropriate attire for your session.
Carefully executing your responsibilities on every session.
Not engaging in violence, horseplay, scuffling, or any activity that may impact the safety of others.
Safely handling weights and equipment. Avoiding tampering with any work-related materials.
Not bringing any firearms or other weapons to session.
Abstaining from all intoxicating and performance impairing substances
Reporting any illegal activities witnessed during the session(e.g. theft or harassment).
5. Safe Exercise Guidelines:
Dress Appropriately : Put on loose-fitting, comfy clothing that allows you to move freely and is light enough to dissipate body heat. If you exercise outside in a hot climate, dress in light colors. Wear layers that can be removed when working out in the wintertime.
Replace Your Athletic Shoes as They Wear Out: The type of the shoe, the kinds of exercises you perform, the surfaces on which you work out, and other elements will all affect how frequently you need to replace your old athletic shoes. Workout shoes should generally be replaced every 300–500 kilometers or 6–8 months, whichever comes first. Your need to replace your shoes will probably occur more quickly the more you exercise.
Strike the Right Balance : Create a well-rounded fitness regimen that includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. A well-balanced program will not only provide you a full body workout but also reduce your risk of injury and boredom.Warm Up: Even before you stretch, warm up to get ready for workout. Spend a few minutes running in place, taking long, calm breaths, or gently practicing the next exercise's movements. Warming up relaxes other muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints while also raising heart and blood flow rates.
Stretch: Begin stretches slowly and carefully until reaching a point of muscle tension. Hold each stretch for 10 to 20 seconds, then slowly and carefully release it.
Inhale before each stretch and exhale as you release. Never stretch to the point of pain, always maintain control, and never bounce on a muscle that is fully stretched.
Take Your Time: Make sure to perform each repeat of strength training within your whole range of motion. Regular breathing can help reduce blood pressure and improve blood flow to the brain.
Stay Hydrated: Drink enough water to prevent dehydration and heat injury (like heatstroke).
Cool Down : Make cooling down the final phase of your exercise routine. It should take twice as long as your warm-up. Slow your motions and lessen the intensity of your movements for at least 10-15 minutes before you stop completely.
Rest: Schedule regular days off from exercise and rest when tired. Fatigue, significant muscle soreness, and pain are good reasons to not exercise or put it on hold until recovery.
6. How We Enforce Our Guidelines: Establishing unambiguous rules is the first step toward success. We understand that every case is unique, so if you run into something that needs to be addressed, please get in touch with InstaTrainMe Support Chat and provide additional details and specifics about the matter. Our flagship support staff will prioritize the incident and address the root cause. If InstaTrainMe guidelines are proven to have been broken, you will no longer be able to use our platform.
