InstaTrainMe aims to generate revenue for trainers, and we understand the financial strain caused by last-minute cancellations. However, we recognize that special circumstances may occasionally compel a client to cancel or postpone a session. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, our policy is that you will not be paid, even if it is not your fault. Payments are only made for completed sessions. Frequent cancellations from clients will be addressed with the user, and frequent cancellations from trainers will be addressed with the trainers.
