A no-show occurs when you do not show up for your scheduled session and fail to cancel ahead of time. It also includes arriving at a session with no intention of working, such as messaging the customer to inform them you cannot stay due to an emergency but completing the session after the allocated time.
No-shows are a serious offense. If you do not show up and do not cancel the session, you will be suspended immediately and removed from future sessions.
Multiple no-shows within a short period will result in longer suspensions and potential deactivation from the platform.
If you have not arrived within 60 minutes of the session start time, you will be considered a no-show in our system and will not qualify for any payments.
