Be aware of the session specifics, including its location, time, and customer/client.
Make arrangements in advance if you anticipate bad weather, traffic, or personal issues. It is not acceptable to blame tardiness on bad traffic or weather, so plan accordingly.
Depending on the venue, parking and locating the customer may take time. Allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes for virtual training sessions and more for on-site sessions based on travel distance.
