Acts Constituting Fraud are listed below:
Manually tinkering the GPS data or using fake location GPS apps.
Inappropriately confirming session.
Creating, sharing or providing access to fake, duplicate, or otherwise improper accounts. (No bot accounts permitted).
Accepting a Session when not present.
Accepting a Session and then absconding from session or leaving the Session location without a valid reason.
Accepting into or receiving payment for the same Session with more than one smartphone associated with different user accounts.
Accepting into or receiving payment for concurrent Sessions with different smartphones associated with different user accounts.
Accepting into Sessions with InstaTrainMe and other gig platform apps at the same time.
Using an inappropriate or misrepresentation of the profile image on the InstaTrainMe platform that does not clearly represent the person associated with the account.
Purposely providing a fraudulent or falsified location during a Session using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or any other method.
Submitting false or falsified information or documents in connection with a Professional profile, to support a dispute regarding hours worked or earnings, or for any other reason.
Submitting false or fraudulent disputes regarding hours worked during the week or earnings.
Abusing incentives, promotions or special programs for fraudulent purposes or not using them for their intended purpose.
Disrupting or manipulating the normal functioning of the InstaTrainMe platform, including by using unauthorized or manipulated devices, apps, or programs to prevent or circumvent the proper functioning of the platform.
Theft of, or wrongfully obtaining property belonging to Partners or Pros or any other person while on a Session or in connection with a Session.
Cancellations and no-shows not covered.
Abuse of cancellation.
